As you may know, I have taught myself how to knit. I love the time I get to sit, craft and create. Newborn hats are a perfect project for me because I can work on one in a sitting. I get the satisfaction of not only creating a super cute item, but that I finish the project! I have become the girl that also carries a knitting bag around, I just can’t put it down! (like on monday nights my girls have gymnastics. I sit on the chinese torture chair watching my girls and creating while I wait 2.5 hours :) I have created a collection of hats, that although I would love to keep all of them, I must part with some of them :) That is why I am having a Give Away contest to WIN this little green cutie! It makes a great item for me to mail out to you! It is a versitle hat for a boy or girl that you can use for St. Patty’s Day, or any day!

Spring canvas sale!
Thursday, April 21st, 2011yikes, so I left my page open and some how my daughter managed to delete the whole page ;) Here I go for the second time….I ordered my first canvas a little while back for our master bedroom. It is a favorite image taken when my youngest was only a few weeks old. I treasure this image, as my family will never be that little again. I feel it is such a timeless image that I will love for a very long time! When I had my DH hang the canvas above our king size bed, I told him, that I had made a very common mistake. I thought the size of the canvas would look bigger than it actually does. What size do you think it is? It is actually a 20 x 40! When you say that size in your head you might have thought that an image “that BIG” would have more wow factor right? I think I would have been happier if I ordered at least a 20 x 50 or even 20x 60. I’m a little disappointed, but such is life :) Either way, being my first canvas, I’m very impressed with the overall product! Because I am so happy with how it turned out I wanted to offer them at a special price to share in my happiness. Wednesday, July 28th, 2010I have been receiving alot of order lately, and wanted to take some pictures before they flew out of the house. I always am rushing to get everyones orders out, that I never have time to take a photo to show you! I have a few examples of products that you may like to see, for your future orders :)
The first are the brag books, which were ordered from a newborn session in a chocolate brown silk Cover. It was also made from gorgeous linen textured, earth friendly, wind-generated electricity specialty paper.
These are the examples of standouts. I had one of Chad’s favorite pictures of me mounted for his office. (He’s so proud he took them too :) I already have a collection started on his office wall. ( Although we do need a new family one, that will be the big one!) This is an 11 x 14, which isn’t really that big. Infact, it is too small to hang on a wall alone, but like I said, I am doing a collection on a smaller wall. I wish you could see how great the finish on this product is. It is so lux with it’s pearl finish. WOW! what a difference a great product makes! Honestly, this is a finish you have to see to appreciate!

Ordering your prints
Wednesday, July 14th, 2010I wanted to do a little post about ordering your photos from your online gallery. Now that I am selling professionally printed products with amazing quality, (say goodbye crappy prints, hello quality, you really DO deserve it) I want to help make sure you are happy with your puchases. Not only am I offering prints, and still digital negatives, but books, birth announcements, holliday cards, standouts and canvas! Phew! It took some time to get everything figured out, but I’m ready :) Please contact me for further information regarding prices.
I also wanted to talk about print sizes. When ordering your prints, don’t just think the old 8×10 will cut it for a large wall in your modern home. That size belongs on a shelf, or table to display :) Don’t be disappointed with your order and consider going bigger than you might think! Fill your walls and home with the love and memory of your experiences, we all know how fast they wiz right by us!
